Your use of the Site and iBecko.com’s services, software and products (collectively as the “Services” hereinafter) is subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document as well as the Privacy Policy and any other rules and policies of this Site that iBecko.com may publish from time to time. This document and such other rules and policies of the Site are collectively referred to below as the “Terms”. If iBecko.com has posted or provided a translation of the English language version of the Terms, you agree that the translation is provided for convenience only and that the English language version will govern your uses of the Services or the Site.

You may be required to enter into a separate agreement, whether online or offline, with iBecko.com or our affiliate for any Service (“Additional Agreements”). If there is any conflict or inconsistency between the Terms and an Additional Agreement, the Additional Agreement shall take precedence over the Terms only in relation to that Service concerned.

The Terms may not otherwise be modified except in writing by an authorized officer of iBecko.com.

The iBecko.com contracting entity that you are contracting with is iBecko.com.

You must register as a member on the Site in order to access and use some Services. Further, iBecko.com reserves the right, without prior notice, to restrict access to or use of certain Services (or any features within the Services) to paying Users or subject to other conditions that iBecko.com may impose in our discretion.

Services (or any features within the Services) may vary for different regions and countries. No warranty or representation is given that a particular Service or feature or function thereof or the same type and extent of the Service or features and functions thereof will be available for Users. IBecko.com may in our sole discretion limit, deny or create different levels of access to and use of any Services (or any features within the Services) with respect to different Users.

All text, photographs, graphics or other images, button icons, audio clips, logos, slogans, trade names or word software and other content on iBecko.com (collectively, "Content"), belongs exclusively to iBecko.com or its appropriate content suppliers. This site and all of its original content are the sole property of iBecko.com and copyright and all rights therein are, as such, retained by iBecko.com, and fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

It is the policy of iBecko.com to take appropriate actions where necessary to uphold and recognize all relevant State, Federal and International laws in connection with material that is claimed to be infringing any trademark, copyright, patent and all or any other Intellectual Property laws. If you are an intellectual property rights owner and you believe that iBecko.com sells, offers for sale, or makes available goods and/or services that infringe your intellectual property rights, please send the following information in its entirety to Support@iBecko.com.

Information required:

● An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive that is allegedly infringed;

● A description of the allegedly infringing work or material;

● A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the site (product(s) URL);

● Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, such as your address, telephone number and e-mail address;

● A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright or other proprietary right owner, its agent, or the law;

● Identification of the intellectual property rights that you claim are infringed by the Website (e.g. "XYZ copyright", "ABC trademark, Reg. No. 123456, registered 1/1/04", etc.); and

● A statement by you that the above information and notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner whose exclusive right is allegedly infringed.

In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, iBecko.com may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Agreement or revoke any or all of your rights granted under this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of this Site and iBecko.com shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s), and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.

EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THE STANDARD TERMS OF SALE THAT GOVERN THE SAME OF EACH PRODUCT ON THIS SITE, THIS SITE, THE PRODUCTS OFFERED FOR SALE ON IT AND THE TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED THROUGH IT ARE PROVIDED BY iBecko.com ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. IBecko.com MAKES NO PRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SITE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THIS SITE EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HERE TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, iBecko.com DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NONINFRINGEMENT, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, DATA ACCURACY, AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION. THIS SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES, MISTAKES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. IBecko.com DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE CONTENT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.
